My laptop is a Dell Studio 15'' (1535). It is working great. Sometimes I had it running for a pretty long time and it is not overheating. The wide screen is great for watching movies and for general usage (it offers more space). Runs with Windows Vista really good (did not have any problems since I bought it in October).

My question to "Mac People" is...why spend SO much money on something you can get for thousands (usually around there) cheaper?? It doesn't make sense to me of why people buy Macs!

Hey all!

Thank you again for your feedback!

Well, the Dell is still the leader atm ;)

I really like the Studio versions, look pretty cool and have some nice features! Thank you Core for give a feedback of this laptop..

Also the gateway laptops (Crafty´s links) look pretty good too, but i think i will get problems, if have some complications, i ll have to send it to America and i have to wait a long time.. And i hate waiting ;)

Any feedbacks about Dell´s support? Or did you never had problems with it ;) ?

regards

Ben

Dell offers really great support.

Personally I never needed it, but have friends in the industry that took advantage of it.
