Cal State Los Angeles is holding their annual programming contest: ProgFest 2009 (click here for details)
For anyone who is a high school or community college student who has a deep love for programming, the contest is going to be held this Saturday, starting at 9:30am, I believe. Myself and a student that I have been tutoring will be attending. He's not even 18 yet, and has never had any programming experience, but writes code like he's been coding for years.
So yeah, for anyone who is in the area that is still attending HS or CC, check it out. And check out the sample problems!
Other than that, wish me luck, and good luck to anyone else that may participate!
