Do you have a portfolio of jobs done? Anything to justify the prices you are stating?

You called yourself a CEO, so that would mean fusionweb-design is a corporation, which involves filing a number of paperwork with the government.. which would mean your company would show up on a search at http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/

I've found two similar companies, and one dissolved one:
FUSION WEB DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
Registered 20/03/2008 and no other filings yet

FUSION WEB SERVICES LIMITED
27/03/2002

Are you either of these companies? If not, then is the company you are advertising a registered corporation? If not.. then you are not a CEO. Also, to note, while a minor can run their own business somewhat, most legal contracts are not binding, including commercial and trading contracts:

I doubt ANYONE is willing to pay 5.000 for a basic webpage. Looking more than 5 seconds at the code that "http://fusionweb-design.com/" has makes me dizzy..

Any normal thinking soul will chose for a proper developer for their system, webpage and so on.
