Any tips?

I use magic ISO to mount the ISO file to a virtual drive. From that point, it behaves like a standard CD.

I recently tried to verify while using Firefox 4 and doing a p2p download in the background... no schools showed up in the list. Had to switch to IE8 and stop downloading to get the schools to show up, FYI. I didn't see anything about browser/download issues in the FAQs so I thought I'd let everybody know.

I'll let my manager know about it. Maybe we can get this fixed quickly.

If anyone from India and didn't found their college in their list means just send them a mail using the contact us menu. Specify that your college name is not listed in the list and you want to be subscribed the will send you an activation code.
Note: Those who are student don't send hem wrong information to download the genuine software then may they stop these services

Regards,
Siva7891

Letkoo, there isn't a standalone 64 bit version of it. In fact, the ISO there is both 32/64 bit - you get to choose which you want during install time.

RandomlyKnighted, you want to send a mail to the DreamSpark team and elaborate your problem. They're a pretty interesting crowd, and will be more than glad to help you out.

I've been using DreamSpark for the past two years now. It's a great service MS has going on. Although a little heads up for everyone, I went to login and it did not recognize my user information. This lead to me signing up again, which allowed me to use the same email as before. They also redesigned the site and it looks much nicer.

This is a brilliant idea! I really wish they could extend such things to the third world because we also need the same tools but there is no way a college student who cant afford to spend $3 dollars on his lunch per day end up saving for software. All that this is doing is make us pirates. I have tried as much as I can to use freeware. I love it but sometimes it just doesnt cut it. One simple thing like lack of styles in OpenOffice.org sends me running back to MS Office which I can't afford to buy. I hate piracy so I hope there will be ways of making this stuff available to us cheaper
