getting dat afrom sql and writing to a seperate table

I have a project I am working on that has data in a SQL table with some fields containing multiple informaiton seperated by a semicolon. I am trying to use the streamreader to get the data and seperate it out and then write the data to a seperate SQL database table. The main database has 10 fields, 7 of which will contain multiple data in each field that needs to be seperated out.

Any help would be appreciaited as I am at a lost currently.
