What is a really good college to go to in order to major in Computer Science.

Is it just me, or are all those big names overrated? The school you go to does not limit what you learn. It might change your career (and your wallet), of course.

There was a study recently that suggested that cost wise, state/public schools offer just as good as a return as say going to MIT, Harvard, etc...
Completely different animal for grad work though; study didn't cover that.
