how can i setup an asp website on a free hosting server ?

lets say that you have completed your fisrt "ASP.NET Web Site" in Visual Studio 2008 and you would like to upload it on a x10hosting.com (free server with asp support) what are the steps? (i ve created an account just think that are virtualy on the file manager on the server myfirstwebsite.x10hosting.com ...)

i'd like to know the answer too anyone know?
edit:
just looked it up and it doesnt look like its possible for vs2008 apps cuz its running linux servers and mono (.net for linux) doesnt support 3.5 yet however i found this
