Develop an Online Test in C# .net

Okay I know I need to post the code....

Since I am creating a website in C# .net and I have finished with the Admin part of my website... (Should I post the ADMIN code if needed)

I am still a student and need guidance on how to exactly start with the user part. I want to create an Online Test for a coaching website.. And have no idea..

I dont need the code just the steps to go about and some ideas on how to implement the time and how to display the result..

it was an asp.net related question since it is related to web so for better replies and more effective response he moved it to asp.net
