its not that i am to lazy to read it.. its that i dont under stand how to install it... it just smacks me in the face and tells me to f*ck off...

it's relatively simple..im assuming your running IIS.

go into IIS Manager.

Right mouse click on the 'site' you're running.
Select 'Home Directory'
Go down to 'Execute Permissions'
Click configuration.
and add your PHP extension with the location of the php.exe file where requested.
