Go to http://www.asp101.com/ and look at their samples. They have several examples for using forms to put information into an access database.

Or, if you REALLY want, I can post some code on here to get you started. Though you're gonna have to learn SQL if you haven't already. (And ASP for that matter.)

You need either IIS (if you're running NT/2000) or Personal Web Server (If you're running Win98), and instead of opening the file directly, you put the ASP file in whatever you set your web root directory to be and go to http://localhost/filename.asp

If I'm not mistaken, I believe 95 has PWS on it, too. Lemme look on my 95 CD. What version of 95 do you have?

Localhost is a TCP/IP alias for 127.0.0.1 which is the loopback IP. Basically localhost points to your computer. If you have a webhost that supports ASP, then yeah, you'd upload the file there and go to the URL of that file. I was thinking you were talking about trying to view it on your local machine.

oh, i suppose that i really don't know what i'm doing, i guess that i'm going to have to see if my server supports asp since that is where my present project needs to end up.
