but with homework how can it be better to be asked if you need help. if someone doesn't know your struggling they can't ask you and if they ask you if you need help every problem your gonna be like Get Off Me I'm Tryin To Do My Homework. So I will go with better to ask on that one.

I meant that the person who is asking is the one who needs homework help. It's better to know the answer than not to know it.

& I think it would be better to be asked for money than to have to ask for it. I'd rather have it than not have it & if you don't want to lend you can always say no. It's better to be in a position of power. muhaha

Hmm. I would prefer to be asked. It makes you feel better because you know there are people out there that find you attractive. Also, you are in control meaning you can either accept or reject.
