hello i have have to make and design a game in visual basic 2008 for college i also started colleage late... i dont kow how to start my game off can some one help by the way the game is blackjack (21)

Click "Start" -> Click "All Programs" -> Click "Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 -> Click "Microsoft Visual Studio"

Once the IDE opens up. Click "File" -> Click "New Project"

That will get your project started...

Now start coding, and designing your forms / objects. While coding try to stick to the basic rules of Blackjack. Unless ofcourse your goal is to make a new game kind of like blackjack.
