Hey there! (not that anyone but moderator robot reads this, but hey)

I'm Austin, 18 years old in high school. I designed my first web site as a job at 13 on a whim (it wasn't very good, but I only charged $200), and am currently working on a few projects. I am looking to learn PHP (anyone recommend I learn a different language?) and am currently learning ActionScript 2 in a ROP class. I hope to keep growing in my abilities, and add to my knowledge new technologies and languages.

And wrong you are! At least about the moderator robot, although that is a funny comment.

I'm no moderator, as you can see. This site isn't like any other you'll find on the web. We even have our own Greeters just for members like you, who post introductions. //now don't you feel special?

I have heard that PHP is good to know if you want to do web development. So I couldn't recommend a different language. However, you ought to ask that question in the Corner Cubicle forum. You're likely to get a good response there.

So what programming languages do you know already?
