In Visual C# enviroment with SQL server database:
1 - How can we display a special record from the database? like a list of students' name in a certain class and section.
2- if I have a students database, how can I update the data of a special student, afetr defining his class and section from a combobox?
3 - how to make a query form?

Just search the C# tutorials here for 'database connection'. Then look at MSDN for the same thing.
