Preloading Content in flash

Hey fellas,

I was wondering how to make a flash file in .SWF preload it's content on a hosted website so anyone viewing the page wouldn't need to watch a blank white screen and wait 10-20sec for flash to load.

I don't know exactly what I should look for... help!
