I m again back with one problem.
I am not much familiar with sql. It's just my starting phase. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I don't know how to merge the two field and get the single data. I tried this code but its not working.

select SI.FirstName,SI.Lastname as FullName from Supplier_Info As SI where SI.SID = SPurchase.SID
