Definitely need to work on the presentation. The words are jumbled together. Your header and footer are interfering with the sites context.

This was tested via firefox on a 1024 x 768 resolution.

edit - also the back button is not working.
I clicked on the red pill image and your ads are more dominant than the context of the site. Fonts are too big and the words are jumbled.

I suggest looking at www.w3schools.com and apply some css to help with the layout issues.

This site ain't the most appealing of sites. You need to work on your design skills abit. Maybe check out some templates steal some ideas.

ok i think that sounds good. when you guys post could you also just tell me what browser you are using so i know and also thanks for the idea i will look up some

As a developer I can offer you this advice. Build in Firefox and test in all other browsers.

IE is not a standards compliant browser at this time therefore you are always doing twice the work.

Develop in FF, test in IE6,7,8 and Opera and you should be good.

ok then so your telling me if it looks good in firefox it will look good in ie and opera

It will minimize the discrepancies, not necessarily be perfect in all browsers, but will be a lot less work to make it look pretty.

Also make sure your code validates.

With practice and trial and error - you will be on your way.

It looks like you were using a program like Microsoft Expressions/Front Page to design this site.

I would advise against using WYSIWYG editors for the simple fact they tend to pad your code with their unnecessary syntax - that too can be burdensome.

It is cool to learn on those, I started out in '98 on Front Page - and quickly learned HTML/CSS. I haven't used a WYSIWYG editor since.

Notepad ++ is a good start - it is like notepad on steroids. Dreamweaver is a better WYSIWYG editor - but I recommend heading over to w3schools and Tizag to learn the basics of HTML/CSS & Javascript. Don't worry too much about server side yet - I would recommend checking out PHP/MySQL after you mastered HTML and have an understanding of CSS & Javascript.

ok thanks but what is the differece if i use a wysinwyg or a html editor
