For an example, use the data form wizard...
Start a new standard exe project.
GoTo VB's menu>Add-Ins>Add-In Manager
Select/highlight VB 6 Data Form Wizard.
Then in the frame at the lower right corner of the form with the caption of "Load behavior" put a check in the box next to where it says "Loaded/Unloaded"
Click OK
GoTo Add-Ins>Data Form Wizard and follow the instructions and as a further suggestion I would suggest that you use every possible combination of control/code/class with the various display types and save the project for further reference.
