Visual C++ Tutorial?

Hey people,
Does anybody have a decent Visual C++ Tutorial??
No...i'm not asking for programming in VC++ using MFC....i'm a pro at that already.
I'm asking for a tutorial where the main function body used is WinMain instead of using afxwin.h and other header files.

How in depth do you need the information to be? These are good starts for the basics....click here and here for some beginner examples. There are some way more in depth explanations on MSDN, of course.

If anyone has a laymens terms tutrorial for C++ i'd really appretiated. I'm having trouble with the class. Thanx. :angry:

Check here for some good starter tutorials on C++. There are miliions out there, however, a quick search should turn up what you need.

Thanx...I just wanted a Windows Programming Tutorial...ie. the ones that use TranslateMessage() and DispatchMessage() instead of using MFC.

But the links that all u guys gave just showed me how to create a window and a few messageboxes.

Found anything more than this?

I am kinda desperate to learn VC++. Can anybody suggest some good VC++ books in that case?

oh ok....gr8....so what if he asked u to give a tutorial on VC++ with a few more advanced concepts? will that mean i'll get a new link soon???...lol....kidding.....lol
