Mobile Developer Roll Call

Posted 14 April 2009 - 09:18 PM

In this thread, we'll keep a list of Mobile Developers here at Dream.In.Code. Get to know each other, learn more about what everyone is doing, and find other Mobile Developers with similar interests. Reply to this thread and we'll try to keep an updated list up at the top of our Mobile D.I.C Heads :)
When you reply, tell us a little about what you're doing in the Mobile space so others know what you're up to.

I'm well versed with J2ME (CLDC 1.0/1.1, MIDP 1.x/2.0) and .NET Compact Framework.

Since college has been screwing me over 'cuz of my low attendance, I recently created an app that helps students bunk lectures and yet maintain the minimum required attendance.

You can check it out here.

As of now I'm trying to learn to code for the Symbian OS.

Right then. Decided to get back into this lark. Gonna be making a "pocket graphics editor" with some advanced features. If I can stick with Java. >_>

I am working in Windows Mobile, VB.net w/Visual Studio 2008.

Currently making a static mileage tracker for my school district employees.

Tracking is all functional, now working to automate the .csv into an excel template and mail it off every two weeks for reimbursement!

I'm signed up under the Apple Developer Program and am developing an app with other ideas in queue. I've been forced to take a break due to schoolwork and college applications but I'll get back on track asap. Spent too much time learning Objective-C and UIKit to let something like college applications get in my way :P

I will be starting on Android soon. Should be doing my first "Hello World" application over the weekend. Eventually working toward releasing applications on Android 2.0.

I'm trying to develop apps for the iPhone. This will be my first app, actually this will be my first "real" programing. All I've really done is just play around. I'm only 14 so I can't wait to finish this and see how it goes. It'll help me figure out if I want to do it for a living. Its a 2D game... I guess the closest thing to it is Pocket God . So if anyone has any pointers I'm taking everything I can get.

Just an update on me, I released my first Android application called MotoTorch LED. It uses the camera LEDs of the Motorola Droid as a flashlight. Also uses them as strobe lights and to send morse code signals.
