Hey, I've done some programming for the iPhone before with Objective-C and had an app listed on their appstore for about a year, before I took it down recently.
I enjoy all types of progamming and look forward to being a part of the new Mobile Development forum.

I've been wanting to get into Mobile development ever since I got my first Windows Mobile Smartphone. I did a few basic apps in C# for it, but it isn't a very good phone. In fact it recently died, and I'm still working out what I'll be replacing it with.
I've got it narrowed down to two choices:
LG-IQ - Windows Mobile 6.5.
Motorola Milestone Android 2.0
Leaning to wards the Milestone. Which ever I get I think I'm going to start doing more programming for it.

I would suggest the Milestone. I have the DROID(US version of the Milestone), and its a great phone, and great development platform.

I am an iPhone Developer. I have three apps, soon to be four, in the iTunes store. I have also done multiple iPhone apps freelance. I have been coding Objective C for about 1 year. I am currently working on augmented reality type applications - LOVE IT!! I would love to improve my gaming and animation techniques.

Hi All, I am an iPhone developer working for a company in Manchester, I have worked on several apps, one currently on the AppStore and 2 due to go live very shortly (one of them is a 2D game). I will soon be starting on a large 3D game project which should be interesting
I also run a blog on iPhone development which I use to post tutorials and other bits of iPhone information. The tutorials I create I am also submitting to the Tutorials section here on DIC

I'm learning to develop apps for Android. I currently have two apps in the Market (both very basic) - if you want to see them, check out my blog or search "CamDroid" in the Marketplace. I'm working on adding features and making the apps more user-friendly, but I have a lot of ideas queued up behind these. If you want to see a little bit more information about me and my apps, my website is www.camdroidapps.com.

Working on an Application for Nokia Maemo and DreamInCode, i have not had a lot of time lately, however i plan to spend some time on it tonight. Just getting familiar with the SDK and scratchbox environment. Looking forward to getting more involved in making cool applications that i will find useful.

I develop for mobiles since 2005, using J2ME for those old color mobile phones(like the good Nokia ones), after this at 2006 I've started on WIndows Mobile development using VB and some C#, at 2007 I was totally focused on Windows Mobile development, developing things like Calendars, simple games and a fully-featured text editor. Aug 2008 I moved to Symbian S60 3rd development using Python and C++. After that I've started on the platform that I like most: Android. One week ago I bought my first Mac, so I was going to start on iOS development, but I saw that it's so much difficult(Objective-C is the problem), then I'm going to search for someone that can teach me iOS dev.
That's my story

Hi
I'm new to Java, I plan on using the J2ME to develop an app for Nokia phones. Possibly move on to Android after that.
