    The page appears to be constructed with two background images:
    http://3.bp.blogspot...000/wrapper.jpg
    and
    http://4.bp.blogspot.../wrapper-bg.jpg

    So you need to make two css modifications:

    change the #header-wrapper width to 215px.

    change the #wrapper-bg background to url("http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-vcGv5XgnZYw/TyHbGgmP1aI/AAAAAAAAB00/map77x_0tTI/s000/wrapper-bg.jpg") no-repeat scroll center 257px transparent

    It looks like you might be missing a closing bracket.
    <div class = "horizon"</div>
    should be
    <div class = "horizon"></div>

    Let me know if this doesn't clear up the issue.

    I've never used the tweenlite library before. But I would imagine that you would run into problems with have to many tweens trying to run at once. If you're just looking for a little easing than consider changing = to += . Of course you'll have to fiddle with the equation a bit but you should be able to achieve a nice effect that way.

    I'm sorry I couldn't be more help. I don't have flash or flex on this computer.
