You'll need to use browser cookies.
You'll need to check that the cookie, let's call it remembered, is set upon a user entering your site. If it is set, you'd also check for the user data stored in cookies such as their email and password (which should be encrypted).

You'd then check against the database to ensure that the cookie information corresponds to a user in the database. If it does, then set their regenerate their session and set their session variable 'loggedin' (just an example) to true and do your login methods.

Use the link posted above to read up on cookies and how to set them in PHP, you don't really need any code to show you how to do this - just use the logic above. This is a very basic way of doing what you need and is not very secure, so be warned.

What programming language are you looking for the program to be programmed in? This will help narrow it down for people.

Doesn't COD Elite do this already?

Really like the design and textures used in the website, I think they are great, especially with those colours.
