    I need to fetch that Intent object that this class will receive from HelloWorldActivity.

    Bundle is not an Intent object...
    You say you are tying to retrieve the Intent object the you just need:
    Intent i = getIntent();

    You can't use .DLL files in android... DLLs are Microsofts implementation of a shared dynamic linked library. Since android is Java running on top of Linux those files won't work!

    In StartGameActivity you need to create a new instance of Draw!
    package com.example.gameproject;

    import android.app.Activity;
    import android.os.Bundle;

    public class StartGameActivity extends Activity {
    	Draw view;
    	protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
    		super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
    		view = new Draw();// create a new instance of Draw
    		setContentView(view);
    	}

    }

    Also it does not look like you are replacing the onclick listener deffinition from your layout file with the implementation in your main activity.
    This is how it should be done:
    package com.example.gameproject;

    import android.os.Bundle;
    import android.app.Activity;
    import android.app.SearchManager.OnCancelListener;
    import android.content.Intent;
    import android.view.Menu;
    import android.view.View;
    import android.view.View.onclickListener;
    import android.widget.Button;

    public class MainMenu extends Activity implements onclickListener  {

    	@Override
    	protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
    		super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
    		setContentView(R.layout.activity_main_menu);
    		Button startGame = (Button)findViewById(R.id.startGame);
    		startGame.setonclickListener(this);

    	}

    	@Override
    	public boolean onCreateOptionsMenu(Menu menu) {
    		// Inflate the menu; this adds items to the action bar if it is present.
    		getMenuInflater().inflate(R.menu.activity_main_menu, menu);
    		return true;
    	}

    	void startGame(){// remove View v
    		Intent startGame = new Intent(this, StartGameActivity.class);
    		startActivity(startGame);

    	}

    	@Override
    	public void onclick(View v) {
    		switch(v.getId())// get the id of the view
    		{
    			case R.id.startGame: // if it matches the id of the game button it will start game
    			{
    				startGame();
    				break;
    			}
    		}
    	}

    }

    Now in your xml layout for the activity remove android:onclick="startGame" from it.
