Hiding an image within another image can be done, though the amount of data being stored will be quite large, so it may be advisable to compress the image first.
Hiding text in text is complicated at best. Most characters use all bits and modifying any of them would change the original text. I can think of 1 way to do it, but it may be OS dependent.
