About Me
I'm an avid Unix hacker. I work as a Network Technician on anything from commercial wireless systems to database management. My weapons of choice are Racket, Ruby, NginX, MySQL, and OpenBSD.
I believe in the concept of occasionally reinventing the wheel. If no one ever did something already done, we wouldn't have google, facebook, or any of the like. Reinvent it, if not just once, just to see how it works. I believe in the level of passion required to truly dissect something and analyze it from every angle.
I tend to fancy myself a polymath of sorts. SysAdmin and DevOp at work, ex-collegiate track athlete and marathon runner for exercise, painting and guitar for fun, and any piece of technology I can get a hold of to fill the rest.
