    There is some other file you haven't posted; the errors do not refer to this code.

    The above poster is correct about lines 49-56, but is incorrect about line 42. "other" is an argument passed to the function.

    Your ninjastar class has 7 arguments for its constructor but you are only providing it with 6.

    The best reason to use a vector to store a position is if you have, for example, a Velocity and Acceleration vector. Then you can do something like:
    Velocity += Acceleration;
    
    Position += Velocity; // here vector addition comes in handy
