I have seen this situation. that kind of stuff is rampant here in Pakistan at the secondary education level. Fortunately, there are many private universities here who actually are competing with each other to give better education in technology. And the cheating and bribing pretty much stops at university level. -

This is a really satisfying thread. It has made me find what i knew all along. We non-web guys ain't going anywhere. The web will always need us to run servers or make communication more speedy in innovative ways.
But I have to say that the next millionaires of Computer Science are gonna be website founders. Agree? -

I understand that a programmer should be familiar with web technologies. but should he immerse himself completely into it?
