Wake up early to get work done if you're not a night owl. Work with your personal circadian rhythm. Either way, it's pretty normal to get drowsy around 3pm, but if it's that debilitating, consider taking a 30-45 minute nap when it hits you. Also, while healthy, exercise definitely wears you out. It's okay to chill out every once in a while. You're probably in the best position to diagnose your problem.

I'm definitely more of a morning person, so that's generally what I do. I wasn't really asking for a diagnosis, just what people do in order to stay awake and alert.

I drink enough, I brew up a pot of tea like every half hour haha. Walking outside might be good, it's not exactly something that is practical all the time however.

Definitely drink more water. Green tea has a lot of caffeine in it.

Otherwise, sounds like a nap is what you need.

I drink lots of water too, especially now it's hot and actually the caffeine content in green tea is fairly low, much less so than coffee or tea, it also depends on what tea you have, I also drink loose leaf tea which is generally better quality than bagged tea.

Desk toys and such probably won't help, I'm not necessarily doing one thing constantly for hours, even when I'm doing physical labour at my part time job (construction work, so lots of lifting and such) I get tired, even if I'm doing things I enjoy and want to do I get stopped in my tracks. Talking to people doesn't help much either at college during lunch breaks I would still end up half dead, haha.

    eat healthily

Expand on this... normally mid-day slumps are caused by heavy lunch digestion.

Everyday for breakfast I eat a banana & peanut butter sandwich on Ezekiel bread. I don't eat again until noon or 1 am, & feel fine.

For breakfast I have a two egg omelette (plain) or a salad and maybe a piece of fruit, for lunch I'll have a salad or a bowl of plain Japanese rice, with maybe an egg or some tuna, followed by some fruit and for tea I'll have some meat such as pork chops, chicken or stake and some vegetables with it, unless we have something like bolognese/chilli then I'll just have that, usually followed by an activia yoghurt and maybe a piece of fruit.
