How can I just get something that says or displays the ranges and numbers that are not in the productRange?

The MatchCollection matches= Regex.Matches(Settings.Default.productRange, Settings.Default.productRange); takes out/ pays no attention to the (,) or the (-), thats why I used match collection. How can I just get a print out of all the numbers that are not a match in the collection?

Ok, I got the report to load, my startup path was bad, now I just have to get my db connection to work and show the results, also I fixed the connection string to match the Using dbConnection As New SqlConnection(strConnection) instead of dbConnection. Any idea where I am going wrong! NO clue why my data is not showing up now.
