In Topic: Eclipse Importing 32 bit DLL on a 64 bit machine
Posted 31 Jan 2013
The output is this:
.Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: project.ThinkGear.GetDriverVersion()I
at project.ThinkGear.GetDriverVersion(Native Method)
at project.NeuroSkyApp.createWindow(NeuroSkyApp.java:21)
at project.NeuroSkyApp.main(NeuroSkyApp.java:9)
Doesn't that mean that java is having trouble loading the dll and can't get the methods to work? -

No, they can't. They should be in load.library.path
System.out.println(System.getProperty("load.library.path"));
So I have to put the dll file inside one of those paths? Is there any way to keep it with the application, in a libraries folder outside of the jar file or something? -

I think I have everything good, now my only question is where to put the .dll file. I am pretty sure It can't be anywhere in the project, because when it is compiled it will be in the jar, and native libraries can run inside a jar file. Where should I put it and how should I set it up? -
