    Thanks, I've fixed that now and it's displaying, however none of the controls on the dialog are working and it won't let me close it at all.

    You need to replace the double quotes around "$product_name" and "$price" with single quotes. PHP treats any valid variable name (anything that begins with a $) in a double quoted string as you inserting the value of that variable into the string.
