Posted 6 Dec 2013What is the CPU's default speed? Maybe keep it under 25% over clocked.
Also watch that you temps don't increase more than 25%.
If the heat curve is steeper than the over clock curve (ie, nonlinear) then I'd stay away from over clocking that chip (CPU).
Posted 21 Nov 2013I think you are stuck waiting for RAM to "page swap" or running out and buying more RAM for your computer. ether that or there is something wrong with your SQL Query that is filling up RAM.
So again, please post your code.
It doesn't matter if it's 1000 lines of code, this forum has CODE tags that you can use to keep the code organized and read-able.
Hope we can help you out.
Posted 21 Nov 2013Ahm.. did I just read you explaining what a game demo or project demonstration is? /> Odd.
Um,, no, far from it.
Do you know what a demo is (in this context) as in "the demo scene"
Wiki demo stuff
Posted 21 Nov 2013We throw tons of LCD's out at work every day /> all because they loose there bright-ness (it's a medical grade monitor thing)
It could be that your monitor is failing and that 80% brightness is no longer 80% brightness. Do you have another monitor that you can place right next to yours to compare brightness levels? Maybe a laptop?
Do you know if your monitor has a CCFL or LED back lite?
There is a tool that photographers use to measure light levels, you could use that to measure just how bright your monitor is (if you want to get technical) and then compare that reading with new monitors at the store.
It's called a light meter
oh and they have a light meter app: Light Meter App
Posted 21 Nov 2013Well you don't need a pump or a fan. I would guess that this is more efficient and uses less power.
But I didn't see any of that mentioned in the article.
