Posted 21 Apr 2012I am going to stop using cprograming because I have difficulty getting the answers that I need to learn.
It took many attempts with CPrograming to get a simple answer to using the output of cin >> and still got no answer. I posted the same problem in Dream_in_code and got the info that I needed the first time around.
I am under the impression that the tutors in cprogram are too advanced... they seem to have forgotten the difficulty a newbie has with understanding the technical aspect of C++ code. In my opinion, They assume far too much... Either you should know more than you do, or they assume that you do know more then you do. In either case, it's too frustrating.
Posted 21 Apr 2012Thanks sepp2k,
You just took a load off my shoulders.
I didn't know that "Dream_in_code" was also "CProgramming"

Sorry, I do not know enough scheme to formulate my question properly. I am looking for a list of words that are predefined in scheme/DrRacket...example, 'substring' is predefined, 'string-append' is predefined, 'sqrt' is predefined, 'equal' is predefined... Where may I find the list, if one exist, of all the predefined 'words' in scheme?...therry
