    Had a cheat day yesterday. Made some burgers, drank some wild turkey, and bought some pies to gobble up.
    About to go to a comedy club tonight as well and grab an IPA and probably a burger.

    What happens when you don't have a good enough skill that's required to finish another side of the project?

    Say you're a front end dev and have no idea how to do back end, or vice versa.
    Or you're making a game, but have no idea about physics?

    I'm going back on my diet after falling off for a month or two and gained fat back.

    My deadlifts are getting close to what it used to be - currently @ 355 lbs easy pull.
    Squats still need work to get them to what they used to be, but I was having knee issues for the last 4 months and they just magically went away.
    Going to be sticking with low-rep high-weight sets until summer ends.

    Currently around 14% bf and looking to drop it to single digit, or wherever the end of summer ends me. I'll be taking it slow so I don't lose all mah gainz.

    Calories will be ~1600 a day and even then this is pretty low.

    I've been doing this workout for about 8 months and it's been working really nice for me. I just need to keep my diet in check and make sure I don't hop off the tracks.
