    If somebody need's code:

    Dim TextFromComp As New System.IO.StreamReader(OpenFileDialog1.FileName)
    
                    txt = TextFromComp.ReadToEnd
                    TextFromComp.Close()

                If TextBox1.MaxLength >= txt.Length Then

    i was try this
    dim txt as string
    txt = TextFromComp.ReadToEnd
    textbox1.text = txt.substring(0, textbox1.maxlength)
    
    


    dont work if maxlength is > notepad number of char's

    and also i was try

    
                    Dim TextFromComp As New System.IO.StreamReader(OpenFileDialog1.FileName)
    
                    txt = TextFromComp.ReadToEnd
                    TextFromComp.Close()
                End If
    
    
                For i As Integer = 0 To TextBox1.TextLength - 1
                    Dim c As Char = txt(i)
                    TextBox1.Text = c

    I think that 'file' variable needs to be in my case image location. Because 'file' variable starts with "C" but this is all.
    Real image location is "C:\Users\user\Pictures\profil.jpg"
