    if your links are in column number 2 then you can retrieve link like this:
    Dim linkUrl As String
Dim linkNumber As Integer
'linkNumber = X
txtUrl = lv1.Items(linkNumber).SubItems(1).Text
'OpenLink(txtUrl)

    All you need is to increase linkNumber every 20 seconds.

    or windows media player control instead of running other programs?
