    Books, yes. Gathered anecdotes from Feynman's life, since he was a boy who fixed radioes, trough his work in Los Alamos on the A-bomb, till the end.

    After that there's a book that is composed almost entirely of his letters - "Perfectly Reasonable Deviations from the Beaten Track: The Letters of Richard P. Feynman". These give you an intimate look on his person.
