Thank you very much guys for this help...btw skydiver...he says something which is very important.

You explained me very cleary what I expect. Actually I need to access the LOGONUI/Backgrounds to access it and make an application to change logon screen with an image preferred by the user. And there I never mean to do any harm to anyone. Thank you very much again.

This is my computer. I cannot do it. That's why? so there is a problem occurring when I am trying to run it. I have to get permission always that's why I asked that question. It is not to harm anyone or any other computer setting. Thank you.

Isn't there any other way to do it by coding itself ...get the administration privilleges.
