    change $_POST['Find'] to $_POST ['FetchDetails'] because the name you are looking for is in the input field not the submit button ... i hope am right :whistling:/>

    if you get stuck .. in the php trying echoing the variables once in a while that helps me alot hint start with $input name after you make the change i told you to make just to make sure you are getting the name you are looking for

    <?php
    include('connectionstring.php');

    if(!$connection)
    {
        die('Could not connect to database : '.mysql_error());
    }

    $inputname=$_POST['FetchDetails'];

    $myquery="SELECT * FROM addentry WHERE FirstName='$inputname'";

    $fetched=mysql_query($myquery);

    echo "<table><tr><th>FirstName</th><th>MiddleName</th><th>LastName</th><th>Phone1</th><th>Phone2</th><th>Email</th><th>Address</th> </tr>";

    while($row=mysql_fetch_array($fetched))
    {
        echo "<tr>";
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['FirstName'].'"></td>';
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['MiddleName'].'"></td>';
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['LastName'].'"></td>';
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['Phone1'].'"></td>';
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['Phone2'].'"></td>';
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['Email'].'"></td>';
        echo '<td><input type="text" value="'.$row['Address'].'"></td>';
    }
?>
