Not a fan of the gradient esp in the nav bar. The content part of the website is nice and the footer needs more work.

I like the overall feel from the site.

Things I don't like or could be excluded.
Music ( Not everyone is going to like your music )
Moving text ( Make it easy for you users to acquire information )

Well, it needs more contrast. A proper footer and header should be added as well. If you plan on having that information displayed on the right side ( right bar ), needs to be defined below the header. Overall decent site although more symmetry is needed.
  4. In Topic: Flexbox vs HTML Tables vs CSS Tables

Flexbox could be used to for the table.
  5. In Topic: Why does my heading go outside of the div?

    Posted 27 Jan 2013

The content shrinking when you make your browser window smaller is fine but if your trying to test to see how your website would look in a mobile environment. You can add CSS media-queries to properly test that.

Ex. you would have several style-sheets:
    Large resolution 1025x +
    medium resolution 700px - 1024px
    mobile devices - (0px - varies )
    tablet devices - (0px - varies )

One way to keep text inside the container try using "position:fixed".
