    Sir,

    There are no lot of codes,
    those two forms has picture box and one form has Menu.

    for menu,
    Private Sub NewToolStripMenuItem_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles NewToolStripMenuItem.Click
            EnterPage.MdiParent = Me
            EnterPage.Show()
        End Sub

    that's all code.

    but, Here with I attached link for all project file with my error.
    Please correct it,

    Sir,
    Thanks for Reply me, sorry sir my English not good.

    I explain my all thing..

    I created two forms. In First (Form1) "IsMdiContainer" change to "True", then I created Menu items for it. After I put picture box on Form1. (Dark Ash color background area on Form1).

    second form (Form2) created with normals controls.

    I want to show / Close - "Form2" from Menu in "Form1"
    then I coded to "MenuItem_Click" like that earlier I said.
    From this code "Form2" opened and "Form1" hide, but pictures of "Form1" still appear over the "Form2" like this attachment.

    Thanks for clarification, that what I need,

    I call to Child form, From Mdi - Menu, I just create Picture box on Mdi Form and add images into it

    I code to Mdi - menu Like this, (when Click menu items form2 will open.),
    I not use code to hide Mdi form.

    Form2.MdiParent = Me
    Form2.Show()
