    is there any other way ? It seems that the dotConnect is not free.

    By using entity Framework can the slowdown when creating objects becomes faster ?

    The list of objects will go through a business logic function to get processed and updated to another table.

    As I am using Oracle for my database , ADO.NET is not quite compatible . For linq , I tried before but it seems the slowdown is the same which is when creating objects from the datarows during the for loop.
