    Yep, you made it clear, which shows you didn't read the question, or at the very least didn't understand and just jumped to a conclusion. Doesn't matter, I found the answer I needed at Stack Overflow and since the program I'm writing is an in-house program and not third-party, it is perfectly allowed on our systems. That's the part you apparently ignored. Thanks though.
