More and more people have started online gaming. however for those who are lagging behind in terms of the FPS(first person shooter) games here are some terms for you make other's believe that you are a pro !

BFG
stands for BIG F***ING GUN, was made popular by the game quake II arena. this is the gun which can make a newcomer 'Frag' an expert.

FRAG
in FPS land it means to kill an opponent. usually best used in online games with lots of blood and gore.

CAMPING
a gaming strategy which means to hide in a place where you think no one can see you, and then snipe at opponents. good gamers usually hate it when they find a camper, and the offender is usually fragged a lot.

[WEAPON]-WHORE
suck as Rocket Whore, Rail Whore etc. This is derogatory term for a player who usually uses the weapon the most and uses that type of weapon only. Usually the weapon the 'whore' has a good pratice with.

SPAWN
the act of appearing out of nowhere in a multiplayer game. the place of appearance called spawn point.

SPAWN-KILL
to frag someone as soon the player spawns. considered a mean thing to do.

TYPICAL USAGE
The other day i was Quaking on a server and this rail whore kept looking for places to camp and snipe. all i did was to find the BFG and Frag his @$$. Got a couple of spawn kills in too. He quit soon after.
