So we released Oratr 0100728 the other day. We consider it stable, although there are a few bugs that we've already fixed.
CHANGELOG:
Added preprocessor to improve parsing.
Added the ability to use a config.orc file to automatically run some code on startup.
Added functions: {timer} {global}.
Added {array build ...}, which took infinite arguments and converted them to an array.
Added [] syntax, which is equivalent to {array build}.
Added foreach loops that iterate over each element in an array.
Added code to easily port to the NDS.
Added variable __precision__, which adjusts the floating point precision.
Fixed printing multidimensional arrays, with an option to change what's printed between them with __delimiter__.
Improved functionality to call Oratr from anywhere in PATH.
Added {sci:get}, which gets the scientific notation, and {sci:set}, which sets it, into stdmath.
Added absolute path support.
Removed {cond} and integrated it with {math}.
Removed the need for {math} in front of expressions.
Added alias {exec} in stdtypes, which takes a string and runs the code it contains.
Added alias {reverse} in stdtypes, which reverses the order of an array.
As usual, you can download it at http://oratr.googlecode.com/
