Roughly 2 years ago, through a fit of boredom, a bit of procrastinating, and a somewhat stubborn attitude, I joined this forum. For a few months, I was a fairly active member helping out who ever I could. Unfortunately, as time progressed the effects of gravity seemed to weaken and I appeared to drop off the face of the Earth.
Since my abrupt departure, I've been in high orbit, occasionally getting a glimpse of community that has since escaped from me. As time moved on, the landscape beneath me began to rapidly change, as the orbit restrained my freedom.
While the stream of time seemed to be against me, it eventually took pity on my soul. Out of no where, time seemed to stand still. While I can only assume this moment will be brief, I've since been able to ascend back to the Earth with nothing to do but to wait until a new level or orbit sweeps me away.
-----
In other words, while I was in college I had some free time. Eventually the work started to pick up and I didn't have enough free time to help out. Since then, I recently graduated (May 2010) and I found a job (Game Development). Now, everything is currently set up and I'm just playing the waiting game until my first day on the job.
Aside: Sorry about the convoluted rambling above. I was just attempting to express what the last two years have felt like to me. I'm curious to know anyone's thoughts on the above, good or bad.

Happens to the best of us. Priorities change. I float back and forth between several hobbies/sites from month to month/year.
So are you back for a while?
