Ok, so with exams approaching my main aim is to get good grades (hopefully a first class honors). So far so good with high grades in everything being taught with the exception of z80 assembly(just cant get my head around it).

However I feel what is being taught is not enough. I feel the skills I have acquired so far are enough to get me top grades but still insufficient. E.g. I would not feel confident to be productive if I was to secure an internship or even just to take on large / complex projects.

Currently I've a decent grasp on Java (stage 3 on macosxnerd101's guide), proficient in Haskell and some basic knowledge of C++. When it comes to web technologies, I've got a good understanding of HTML/XHTML, CSS & XML.

I need to extend my skills further in areas I am proficient and also broaden my base with complementary languages+frameworks. With this in mind, I am already plotting how to equip myself with further skills during the summer.

ps: for any lost soul that happen to stumble across this, any suggestions will be welcome.
