So I decided the other day that it was time for a new phone. The one I settled on was the new Blackberry Tour. I've got to say, I really like this phone. It's fast and very capable of doing just about everything I want it to do. That being said, I plan to start learning the API and Java so I may write apps and build themes for the phone. Needless to say, these apps and themes will be open source and free for all, or at least free to members of DIC if I can get something arranged. Donations may or may not be accepted depending on how much time I put into this.
Peace
Bodom
EDIT: Likewise, i do not currently have the tools for this device installed. I am currently concentrating on Advanced topics in C++, as to fully master the language (in preparation for the new standard to be released next year, and to make myself a more valuable commodity.), and will return to Java, oh, say, when RIM starts returning my calls. (just kidding, honestly, I've applied to some of their internship postings, but haven't heard a thing so far.)
