There is a lot of information on Visual Basic .NET on the Internet, however, sometimes it is hard to find the needed information just because the users can't find the needed resources. So I decided to start a VB.NET Resources list to help beginner (and intermediate/advanced) developers find the needed information on VB.NET.

- MSDN: Visual Basic Programming Guide - A walk through all the essential elements of programming with Visual Basic.
- Visual Basic .NET Coding Conventions - a short guide on what conventions should be used while writing VB .NET code.
- MSDN Visual Basic Developer Center - lots of source code samples, tutorials, articles as well as videos on VB.NET
- Visual Basic .NET Beginner's Guide (Wikibooks) - a pretty good introductory set of articles that will help the VB.NET beginners to get a head start.
- Microsoft Beginner Developer Learning Center - the basics of .NET application development (both Web and Windows).
